Every helping hand makes a difference. At Detroit Enrichment Group, our volunteers are the driving force behind our mission. Through unique opportunities—like working concessions at major Detroit sporting events—we’re able to raise donations that directly support local families in need.

Growing Together in the Heart of Detroit
At Detroit Enrichment Group, we believe clean neighborhoods help create safe, thriving communities. That’s why we partnered with the Detroit Parks Coalition in 2019 to adopt Boyer Park in Southwest Detroit.
Since then, our team and volunteers have worked hard to keep the park clean and welcoming for families by hosting regular clean-up days and community gatherings.

MeShawn Lewis
Founder | Community Advocate | Marketing Professional
MeShawn Lewis is the founder of Detroit Enrichment Group and a proud Detroit native with over 10 years of experience in marketing and community engagement. Inspired by her own journey as a young mother, she created Detroit Enrichment Group to help bridge the gap between mothers and the resources they need to thrive. Through her leadership, MeShawn is committed to empowering women and families by creating programs, partnerships, and opportunities that strengthen communities and support the next generation.
Robin Paul
Board Member | Educator | Community Advocate Robin Paul is a proud Detroit native and dedicated educator with over 10 years of experience teaching with Detroit Public Schools Community District. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Wayne State University and is passionate about inspiring young people and uplifting her community. Robin has been recognized for her Outstanding Community Service in the City of Detroit and has participated in global service experiences, including helping build a school in Africa.
Jasmine Miles M.Ed
Board Member | Educator | Training Leader
Jasmine Miles is a lifelong Detroiter, educator, and training leader dedicated to strengthening families and communities through education and access to resources. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wayne State University. Jasmine serves as a Training Manager and is a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor. She brings strong leadership, community engagement, and a deep commitment to the mission of Detroit Enrichment Group.
Tierra Jones
Board Member | Behavioral Health & Education Professional
Tierra Jones, a Detroit east side native, is passionate about serving families throughout the metro Detroit community. She works in education and behavioral health as an Exceptional Students Program Associate and Lead Behavior Technician specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. Tierra earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Political Science from Wayne State University and has been recognized for her community impact through several distinguished awards.
